Breaking Barriers to Leadership

Breaking Barriers to Leadership

Breaking Barriers to Leadership - Exposing the Hidden Reality | Season 5 | Episode 11

In this episode, we go deep with Jennifer Recla to discuss an important question: What keeps women leaders from rising?

Jennifer is a coach, trainer, and outdoor adventurer. We're going to explore the challenges women face in leadership and the practical ways to overcome them. Inspired by How Women Rise, Jen will shine a light on the habits that hold us back—perfectionism, downplaying accomplishments, overusing “we” instead of “I,” and struggling to find the right voice in the room.

We explore:
  • The invisible rules women leaders often follow—and how to break them
  • Why owning your voice and accomplishments matters
  • Simple shifts that build confidence, resilience, and influence

This conversation is for any woman who has wondered if she’s “too much” or “not enough”—and for anyone ready to rise with confidence and clarity. But here's the thing, we want your voice to be part of the conversations too; Share your thoughts! We'll be sure to respond.
