They learned about the $2.7 million life insurance policy naming Brian as sole beneficiary, and the affair with D.C. real estate broker William Fastow — whose name Brian searched on Christmas Day 2022. Brian Walshe has already pleaded guilty to dismembering Ana's body and misleading police. He faces life in prison without parole if convicted of first-degree murder.
