Mental Health in Lockdown with Rachael Newham

Rachael is the founder of mental health charity Think Twice and author of the book Learning To Breathe. We have been friends for a number of years and so I asked her to come on the show with me. We talk about the impact of lockdown on the mental health of young people and adults alike.
