Virginia Roberts Giuffre filed a civil lawsuit in 2021 against Prince Andrew in federal court in New York, alleging that he sexually abused her on multiple occasions in 2001 when she was 17 years old and being trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
