Operation Longevity: Promoting Mental Health and Well-being for First Responders with Dr. Peter Cullen

William Parker is the creator of Operation Longevity, a program aimed at promoting mental health and wellbeing for first responders. The program focuses on addressing the physical, psychological, and spiritual aspects of a person's life to help them live a healthier and more fulfilling life. This includes techniques such as mindfulness and deep breathing, as well as a 21-day challenge to build and maintain healthy habits. Parker also works to address the issue of stigma around seeking mental health support, and plans to introduce a forum and Doctor Peter Cullen, a psychologist and former police officer, created the program "Operational Longevity" to help first responders and law enforcement professionals deal with the stress in their lives. The program focuses on the mind-body-spirit connection and includes elements of mindfulness, resilience, and meditation.
