A big scare for Rihanna. The pop super star was in her Beverly Hills mansion when police officers say a woman armed with an assault rifle opened fire, with bullets hitting the front of the home. That female shooter is now being charged with attempted murder. And stop that car! A dad is being hailed a hero today for stopping an SUV barreling down the highway after authorities say a passing driver passed out during a medical emergency. The hero was driving with his wife when he jumped into action, putting his vehicle in front of the runaway car to block its path. Les Trent reports. Plus, pranking teachers has been a tradition for generations, but now it's turned deadly. A group of students were toilet papering their teacher's home when things went horribly wrong. Police say one ended up fatally running the teacher over. As Alison Hall tells us, the widow is showing forgiveness, asking authorities to let the students go. And actor Timothée Chalamet seemed like a shoo-in to win best actor at this weekend's Oscars. But after he dissed the ballet and opera communities, did he blow his chances? Brooke Anderson has the latest on the fallout. To learn more about listener data and our privacy practices visit: https://www.audacyinc.com/privacy-policy Learn more about your ad choices.
