S7 E11 - Going Back to Basics

Today I share my thoughts on whether or not exploring different types of kratom and trying them in new ways and in new situations is worthwhile in my case, or if I feel like I should just do what I did a year ago- one type of kratom midday? Does knowing about all these different varieties of kratom and using them all in different ways really help me. Is it worth it? I think the only way to know is to go back to basics- do what I was doing a year ago and see if there is something that I feel I could benefit from further by using kratom in these other ways.
