The Delphi Murders: The Carroll County Sheriff's Office Lawsuits: Part One

Two lawsuits have been filed connected to the 2022 sheriff's race in Carroll County. This is important to the Delphi murders because Richard Allen's defense attorneys have indicated that they're paying close attention to one of these lawsuits. Today, we'll spend some time talking about the first of the two lawsuits. Tomorrow, we will discuss the other lawsuit.
