#37 HELP! We're all unconsciously bigots! - A look at Unconscious Bias

This week I dive into the relatively new concept of unconscious bias and what can actually be drawn from it. I question the conclusions many groups and organizations draw from testing someone's unconscious bias and talk about why we should be careful to basically label everyone racist to some degree.
