Remember The Game? #112 - Pokemon Emerald

There isn't a franchise in gaming that I'm more nervous to talk about the show than Pokemon. The fanbase is rabidly loyal and knowledgeable, and I just know I'm gonna say something stupid. That said, let's talk Pokemon! Pokemon Emerald, specifically. This bad boy won our Patreon poll last month, I know how many of you love this franchise, and I was pretty excited to play a Pokemon game I haven't played before. I have to say, this is a pretty divisive title online, and after playing it, I understand why. There was some stuff I loved, and some stuff I fucking hated. I went out and got my buddy Miklos for this episode, a certified Pokemon junkie, and he picks up the slack this time around. He doesn't dislike the extras nearly as much as I do, and it actually made for a pretty tolerable podcast.
