Frreeway Phantom

In the early 1970s, a serial killer preyed upon young black girls in a southeast Washington DC neighborhood. Dubbed the 'Freeway Phantom', the serial killer kidnapped and murdered six victims dumping their bodies along I-295, known as the Anacostia Freeway. Mountain Murders discusses the unsolved cases and how racial disparities impacted the investigation.
