SCOTUS hears historic Trump case

Not since Bush vs. Gore in 2000 has the Supreme Court had before it such a monumental election-related case. Today the justices heard arguments on this key question: Can Colorado kick Trump off the ballot for his role in the January 6th riots? The answer has the potential to totally upend the 2024 election.
