We’re closing out Sustainability Month with a beauty legend and a leader in the sustainability movement. Victor Casale is the co-founder of MOB Beauty, a brand focused on creating pro quality makeup with non-irritating ingredients in reusable and recyclable packaging. But before he started MOB, Vic helped launch MAC Cosmetics as the Chief Chemist/Managing Director and then went on to create CoverFX as the brand’s Chief Innovation Officer. NBD. As co-founder of MOB Beauty, his goal is to take all of his industry learnings and make beauty better, not just for the consumer, but for the planet. Vic also talks about how MOB partnered with Credo, Hudson’s Bay, and Element Packaging to create PACT, the first not-for-profit take back program exclusively for the beauty industry.
