A Rant: My Thoughts on Company Culture & Office Design

How your employees feel doesn’t depend on the free granola, or fancy amenities. Here’s what I really think about all those goodies. It narrows down to feeling safe and letting them know they have room to grow. It’s true, it really is. If your company has issues, installing a water fountain with a thousand flavors, or a beer tap isn’t going to cover it up and make everything all better.
