As great as entrepreneurship can be, it can also take a mental toll if you're not intentional about taking care of yourself. Burnt out brains don't do anyone any good and mental health problems like depression and anxiety can prevent you from achieving the very success you seek.

You should plan regular mental check-ins with yourself, schedule time out to do activities that bring you joy and make sure that your mental well-being comes first before all else!
