One Million Cases & Four Counts of Fraud

Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes was found guilty on four of eleven charges in her criminal fraud trial; CNBC’s Scott Cohn breaks down the jury’s verdict and the life that now awaits Holmes. The U.S. reported a record 1 million cases of new Covid infections on Monday, according to data compiled by Johns Hopkins University. The record single-day total may be due in part to delayed reporting from over the holiday weekend.
