Director Clint Gaige and actor Rick Jermain discuss crime film "A Clean Exit"

While working on the indie television series, Shotgun Mythos, Gaige began work on adapting his novel to a screenplay. Filmed during the hiatus between Season 1 and Season 2 of Shotgun Mythos, A Clean Exit is a dark story about family, both blood relatives and the family you choose. Set in Washington, D.C. and the fictional Appalachia County, WV, the story takes place on the Heroin Highway, just off I-81. Bernie’s family find themselves in trouble with a local dealer. Bernie and his strike team, leave their jurisdiction and create plans to exact justice. Local Police and a NY Mobster have other plans. When the chips are down, loyalty has no limits.
