Who doesn’t love Saturday Kitchen?! It really sums up the weekend for me, coffee in hand, on the sofa as Matt Tebbutt hosts guests and chefs and talks all things food.

Well, I finally got Matt over to mine – he was a little hungover and asked for a Ribena (legend) and he opened up about his career as a chef working for Marco Pierre White and for himself, as well as the time Marco fired him!

He really opened up about his life in food, the influences in his life and the journey he took to get where he is today. This was genuinely one of the best conversations I’ve had to date!
