How to Remove Skin Tags and Warts Overnight - Dr. Berg Explains

How to Remove Skin Tags and Warts Overnight - Dr. Berg Explains

Today, I’m going to share how to remove skin tags and warts fast. In some cases, it may take a few days to a few weeks. However, I think you’ll notice a shrinkage in the skin tag or wart each time you apply this natural remedy.

Skin tags and warts are growths on the skin that are essentially benign tumors. Benign tumors don’t spread and aren’t cancerous.

Skin tags and warts are associated with high levels of estrogen, high insulin levels, and HPV. 95% of the population has HPV.

Natural killer cells kill cancer cells and certain viruses. HPV weakens your natural killer cells.

Other things that can weaken your natural killer cells are:

• Stress

• Injury

• Trauma

• Bereavement

• Surgery

• Nutrient deficiencies (especially zinc and vitamin D)

• Chronic inflammation

• Aging

The best natural remedy for skin tags and warts:

Add one drop of povidone-iodine to a small bowl. Crush one clove of garlic and add one drop of the liquid to the bowl with the iodine. Mix to combine. Use a Q-tip to apply the mixture onto the skin tag or wart, and place a Band-Aid over it. Repeat this every day until the wart or skin tag is gone.

There is also a fantastic potential natural remedy for HPV called AHCC. AHCC may help increase the potency of your natural killer cells. It re-establishes the strength of your immune system so your body can clear out the virus. It also strengthens the autonomic nervous system.

The #1 Best Way to Burn Inner Thigh Fat & Lose Cellulite

The #1 Best Way to Burn Inner Thigh Fat & Lose Cellulite

Inner thigh fat loss isn’t just about exercise. Your inner thigh workout should prioritize rest and recovery. Discover the best inner thigh exercises, along with the necessary diet and lifestyle changes, for achieving smooth, toned, and healthy legs. 0:00 Introduction: Inner thigh toning and fat loss1:06 Inner thigh fat loss4:45 How to tone inner thighs7:16 What causes inner thigh fat?7:58 The best inner thigh workout12:29 More inner thigh fat loss tips Subcutaneous fat is the fat stored just under the skin. Visceral fat surrounds the organs. This type of fat is unhealthy and inflammatory, often related to insulin resistance. Liver fat can be eliminated in a matter of days or weeks. Fat on the inner thighs is the most difficult type of fat to get rid of. This fat is not just superficial; it’s woven inside the muscle fibers, similar to the marbling in Wagyu beef. Muscle deteriorates and is replaced by fat and scar tissue. Stem cells that make muscle cells are lost, resulting in fewer contractions, less ATP, and more insulin resistance in the muscle. This abnormal accumulation of fat in the muscle is called myosteatosis, or intramuscular fat. This fat must be burned locally! As you begin to address this problem, you may not initially lose weight or notice a visible change, because the change occurs at the cellular level. For inner thigh fat loss, focus on repairing damaged muscle cells, rather than simply losing weight. Strength and decreased appetite will signify that you are improving. The root causes of intramuscular fat are the following:•Inactivity/sedentary life •Insulin resistance •Inflammation •Aging For the most inner thigh fat loss, try the following:1. Eccentric exercises 2. Walking 3. Sprinting/HIIT4. Two meals per day/low-carb diet 5. Increase key nutrients: magnesium, vitamin D, and omega-36. Get plenty of sleep7. Periodic prolonged fasting 8. The Most Dangerous “Therapy” in the World Still Used in America

The Most Dangerous “Therapy” in the World Still Used in America

Stop this barbaric treatment! Sign the petition here: https://stopect.com/email-congress This barbaric medical treatment is still being used to treat depression and mental illness in the US. Find out about the dangerous side effects of electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), one of the most controversial mental health treatments that exists. You won’t believe they’re still doing this!0:00 Introduction: ECT for depression0:41 Electroshock treatment background2:11 Is ECT dangerous? 2:23 What is electroconvulsive therapy?4:22 More side effects of electroconvulsive therapy4:38 Trauma from electroshock therapy This barbaric mental health therapy costs around $2000 to $2500 per treatment, and is covered by Medicaid, Medicare, and the VA system. It’s a multibillion-dollar market! The average treatment plan includes 12 sessions in the first month, followed by maintenance sessions every 3 weeks. This treatment has never been scientifically proven to work! There have been no official trials, and it has even been performed on children and pregnant women. The UN calls this treatment a human rights abuse and compares this forced treatment on minors to torture. In China, it’s actually used as a form of torture. In addition, this treatment has never been FDA-approved and was merely grandfathered in. In 2018, the FDA downgraded it from a high-risk classification to a moderate-risk classification. This dangerous treatment causes structural brain damage, creates swelling and inflammation in the brain, and even kills brain cells. Electroconvulsive therapy involves putting 150 volts through a person's brain to induce a grand mal seizure. ECT treatment comes with many side effects, has 60 documented adverse events, and can cause permanent brain damage, memory loss, and heart attacks. This treatment uses enough energy to stop the heart, and there is nothing stopping the voltage from traveling to the rest of the body. This can lead to cardiac arrest! People who use this treatment are also at an increased risk of suicide. I’ve seen firsthand in practice that people who’ve had this treatment lose their personality, humor, creativity, and more. ECT treatment can lead to death, destruction of cells and mitochondria, and shrinking of the hippocampus. Neurologist Dr. John Feinberg noted in 1977 that ECT caused structural brain damage, indistinguishable from head trauma. If you have depression, diet and lifestyle changes may help. Increasing vitamin D levels, B-vitamin levels, and omega-3 levels, along with a low-carb diet and intermittent fasting, can significantly improve your symptoms.Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio:Dr. Berg, age 60, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. 11 Things You’re Putting on Your Face That Are Secretly Destroying Your Skin

11 Things You’re Putting on Your Face That Are Secretly Destroying Your Skin

Never put this on your face! Even natural ingredients can cause skin problems if misused. In this video, I’ll share 11 things you should never put on your face. To achieve healthy, clear skin, avoid these common skincare mistakes. 0:00 Introduction: Skincare mistakes to avoid0:20 Skin damage explained 1:28 What not to use on your face2:31 Lemon juice and sun exposure5:25 Rubbing alcohol and bad skin products7:07 Topical steroids and skincare mistakes8:30 More skincare do’s and don’ts Your skin is the largest organ in your body. On top of the skin, especially the face, is the acid mantle. This acidic, protective barrier houses millions of microbes that protect you.Putting the wrong products on your skin can negatively affect this environment, leading to redness, rashes, acne, dry skin, and other skin problems. Avoid the following 11 products that ruin your skin! 1. Apple cider vinegarACV is too acidic for the skin. It can cause irritation and redness. If you want to use it on your skin, dilute one teaspoon into 8 ounces of water.2. Lemon juice Don’t put lemon juice on your face or hair! It contains a phytochemical that can cause problems when you’re exposed to sunlight.3. Essential oils Some essential oils, such as cedarwood and tea tree oil, are simply too strong for the skin.4. Bergamot Combining bergamot with sun exposure can cause skin inflammation. 5. Baking sodaWith a pH of 9, baking soda is too alkaline for the skin. It can damage the acidic environment, compromising the beneficial microbes on the skin.6. ToothpasteHarsh ingredients like peroxide and fluoride should not be used on your skin.7. Rubbing alcoholAlcohol kills the microbes on the surface of your skin. This can allow the overgrowth of unfriendly bacteria. Many creams and lotions contain alcohol, so be sure to check the ingredients of your skin care products.8. Hydrogen peroxide This is effective for removing stains on the teeth and for cleaning, but it's not suitable for use on the face.9. Hair dyeHair dye used for your eyebrows and eyelashes can be very dangerous to your eyes. 10. Topical steroids Redness, irritation, and flakiness are often treated with topical steroids without second thought. Topical steroids stop the growth of skin cells and the production of collagen. 11. Exfoliating scrubsFrequent use of exfoliating scrubs can scrub off the microbiome of your face. It’s beneficial to get a filter for your shower head to reduce skin exposure to chlorine and fluoride. Opt for makeup that is free of chemicals and fragrance! Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio:Dr. Berg, age 60, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. You’ve Been Told to Avoid Sugar… But THIS Is Even Worse

These dangerous food additives are designed to get you hooked! Find out about the hidden toxins in your diet that could be taking a serious toll on your health. Avoid these ingredients by any means necessary!0:00 Introduction: The most dangerous ingredients in the world0:23 Why are these toxic ingredients so addictive?3:06 10 deadly ingredients in processed food 6:00 Seed oils and your health12:05 Download the Dr. Berg app! How do they turn cheap, toxic ingredients into a highly addictive food? The worst food ingredients often have the following components:•Devoid of protein•Create a blood sugar spike•Artificial flavorings•MSG•Manipulated texture •Good mouth feel•Bliss point •Signals the release of dopamine •Pleasure when eating Avoid the following toxic ingredients, often found in ultra-processed foods.1. Trans fatsSome foods still contain trans fats. This ingredient is even worse when combined with refined carbohydrates. 2. High fructose corn syrup This synthetic sugar goes straight to the liver, contributing to a fatty liver and insulin resistance. Sweet drinks made with alcohol cause significant liver damage and affect the brain, nervous system, and heart. Seed oils exacerbate this problem. 3. Sodium nitrate This is a preservative found in bacon and hot dogs, and it becomes increasingly toxic when heated.4. Fried potatoes/burnt toastAdding heat to a starch creates toxic byproducts such as aldehydes and acrylamide. These toxic ingredients cause inflammation in the body. Starch or sugar combined with protein creates AGEs, harmful byproducts that damage your arteries, eyes, kidneys, and brain. 5. Artificial sweeteners Artificial sweeteners have a toxic effect on the body, especially the microbiome. 6. Glyphosate Glyphosate is patented as an antibiotic and classified by the WHO as a probable carcinogen.7. MSGMonosodium glutamate affects the hypothalamus in rats, causing them to overeat and become obese. This ingredient can make low-quality food taste better than it really is. 8. Phosphate This stimulant can contribute to arterial calcification, especially if you don’t have enough vitamin K2. 9. Potassium bromateThis ingredient is a bread conditioner and is classified as a probable carcinogen. 10. Synthetic flavoringThe ingredient “flavoring” consists of hundreds of chemicals used to manipulate your sense of taste. Chronic consumption of artificial flavors can dull your appetite for real food. The Big Supplement Scam Nobody Talks About

The Big Supplement Scam Nobody Talks About

Are multivitamins bad for you? How could that be? In this video, I’ll share the truth about the multivitamin scam. Find out about the vitamins you should never take, supplements that don’t work, and the harmful ingredients in your supplements. 0:00 Introduction: Multivitamins truth0:19 Harmful ingredients in supplements 1:45 Synthetic vs. natural vitamins 3:38 Do multivitamins really work?9:32 Natural vitamins and minerals11:17 Fake vitamins exposed! Many multivitamins are made with the cheapest, synthetic ingredients which could be doing more harm than good. The first ingredient in many multivitamins is often calcium carbonate, which is limestone! The first ingredient usually makes up the majority of the product. Magnesium oxide, another common ingredient, is very cheap and has the lowest absorption rate compared to other forms of magnesium. The term “natural” isn’t regulated, so ingredients derived from sources such as petroleum and coal tar can be labeled as natural. In nature, vitamins don’t exist alone; they are combined with other nutrients and cofactors, which are often missing when you take synthetic vitamins. Biochemistry can not work without cofactors. Although there are nutrients that are difficult to obtain in sufficient amounts from food, that doesn’t mean they should be replaced with synthetic multivitamins.Maltodextrin is commonly used as a filler in vitamins and minerals. It’s a highly refined industrial starch, classified as a complex carbohydrate, and spikes blood sugar more than sugar. Ascorbic acid is a synthetic part of the vitamin C complex. Approximately 90% is made in China from GMO corn and sulfuric acid. Many people have a genetic issue converting cyanocobalamin, a synthetic form of B12, and folic acid, a synthetic form of B9, into their active forms. This can cause negative side effects in 40% of the population.Almost all of the popular multivitamins are owned by Big Pharma, Big Food, Big Chemical, or large investment groups. For example, Centrum Silver is owned by Pfizer, and One a Day is owned by Bayer.
