Hamas militants killed 260 people and took others hostage during the first wave of terror. a split verdict in the death verdict of Elijah Mcclain. The 23-year-old black man died in 2019 after being subdued by police and injected with the sedative ketamine. One officer was found guilty of negligent homicide and third-degree assault, no felonies.
