She tried to write me up for following the clients policy and not hers, I refuse to sign it, she takes me to HR and HR confirmed I followed policy to the letter. My write up was dismissed and she got reprimanded by HR and never freaked with me again. boss wanted the weakest link to do the hardest job and might’ve gotten himself fired when the weakest link failed.
