On August 13th, 1994, a 9-year-old little girl is snatched from her bed in the middle of the night. Hundreds of volunteers sweep the cornfields of Brighton, Iowa, desperate to locate the little girl. Local law enforcement exhaust their every resource to find her: canine units, helicopters, off-road vehicles, over 500 missing child posters, internet forums, and more. But no matter how hard they look, investigators only discover one clue: a screen door that was removed from its tracks and placed outside the house where the little girl was sleeping.
