Education is often costly and not easy to access for some people — especially young men and women. However, the absence of a degree doesn't mean a lack of talent or skills. In fact, there are many passionate, qualified, and hard-working people around us. They're all searching for the perfect opportunities, often bouncing from closed door to closed door. Through NoDegree.com, Jonaed wants to reach out to those people, and he has designed the platform to help them access new possibilities.

NoDegree.com is a very intuitive and easy-to-use platform. It is all about redefining the job search process for employment seekers. Jonaed took an in-depth look at the current state of the job market. He observed the flaws of many job posting platforms and their lackluster results. He came up with a service that would lead to more accurate and clear posts from employers looking for the best candidates. Through NoDegree.com, employers can post better ads. In turn, better job ads attract higher quality job seekers, who might be a better match.

Based in the New York City area, Jonaed has an extensive professional background across various industries. He has served as an actuary at MetLife and worked as a financial analyst and consultant for New York City public schools. Believing in the potential of his idea, he decided to launch NoDegree.com and pursue speaking engagements on a full-time basis. He now focuses on running NoDegree.com. The site serves job seekers and employers in the New York City area at the moment, but Jonaed plans on expanding it in the future.

Jonaed is a friendly and open-minded person, dedicated to his family and friends. People around him describe him as a kind, supporting, caring person, whose mission is to help others. He's an avid networker, always looking to create meaningful connections with others - professionally and personally.

He also tutors high-school and middle school students, and coaches wrestling at Thomas Edison High School in Queens, New York.
