134 - Adrian Royce Masters Athlete

This week we chat to the inspirational Masters runner Adrian Royce, Adrian is fresh off a European tour where he ran the Peoples marathon on the olympic marathon course.

Adrian is in his 50's with some really fast times under his belt and he's still getting faster all the time, anyone who is in the older age grades will take a lot from this interview!
