Ep 5 | One Piece 1000 N Things ft. Artenis Shabiu, Akorede Olayiwola

Today, three lifelong anime fanatics collaborate on a meaningful and inspirational dialogue about a story that has been going strong for over two decades. Alex brings two more long time friends, Arty and AK, who influenced his choice to immerse himself in the world of One Piece to the podcast. We share what the 1000 chapter milestone means to us by starting off discussing what the show means to us from a thematic standpoint and we also share what keeps us engaged to the point where we always want to come back for more episodes (anime) or chapters (manga). Then, we exchange thoughts and ideas on Chapter 999 and its significance. We conclude the conversation by talking about the current Wano arc and a lot of what we believe will transpire surrounding this epic raid on an Emperor’s stomping ground. This conversation will show a lot of our profound love for the storytelling that takes place in One Piece. Honestly, it could’ve gone on forever! Maybe another time? Haha! It was so meaningful to have my guys on to have this inspirational and uplifting dialogue in a time where we all need to remind ourselves of what we love and remaining connected!
