Especially in a world where the default is to hit the drive-through and decompress in front of the tv, perusing a healthy lifestyle isn't the norm for most people. So it's only understandable that you may experience some resistance from others in your pursuits, to no fault of their own.

Today I share some mindset strategies to help you navigate the bumps in the road on the way to a healthier and happier lifestyle-with or without the support of those around you.
