Ohio Dad Murdered 4-Month-Old Daughter, Injured Twin Baby: Prosecutor

Andrew Kammerer, 33, is accused of murdering his 4-month-old daughter, Evelyn Kammerer, and breaking the ribs of her twin sister. The prosecutor in Clermont County, Ohio said Kammerer called 911 on November 4, and claimed Evelyn had fallen off of a table during a diaper change but that her injuries were far more grave and were the result of a violent attack.
