The Four Horsemen of Doomed Relationships: Explained

The biblical signal of impending doom to the end of...your relationship. In this episode, we are talking about famous psychologist Dr. John Gottman's famed "Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse." Criticism, Contempt, Defensiveness and Stonewalling. Used individually between you and your partner , they spell trouble. Joined together, you better RUN for the hills! Better yet, you better RUN to the antidotes that heal each one, which we'll explain, too! If you are in a relationship, you HAVE to listen to this episode!

Then, in the second half of the episode, we're diving into Taylor Swift, who probably has had a run in or two with some of the horsemen in her past relationships. We're talking her iconic new album Folklore, why we love her, why we didn't always (!) and, finally, Ellen explains her magnum opus theory: that "I Knew You Were Trouble" is not and logically cannot be about Harry Styles.
