Jay-Z Fires Back At Rape Accuser Citing ‘Inconsistencies' in Her Story

Jay-Z wants the judge presiding over a lawsuit accusing him of rape thrown out after the plaintiff acknowledged inconsistencies in her story in an interview with NBC News. The 38-year-old woman otherwise stood by her claim that Jay-Z and Sean "Diddy" Combs raped her at a VMA afterparty in 2000. Both men deny the allegation.
