Gratitude is easy when life is smooth, but what about when it’s not?

This Psalm challenges us to live with a heart of constant thanksgiving, rooted in

trust that God is always at work, even in the challenging moments. Let’s discover

how we can carry a song of gratitude through every season of life.”

Let’s hear the opening verses of Psalm 34, imagining these words as a personal

anthem of praise.

‘I will bless the Lord at all times;

his praise shall continually be in my mouth.

My soul makes its boast in the Lord;

let the humble hear and be glad.

Oh, magnify the Lord with me,

and let us exalt his name together!’

Psalm 34 begins with a bold statement: ‘I will bless the Lord at all times.’ Not just

when life is good or when we feel like praising, but in every season—joyful or

challenging, peaceful or chaotic. This kind of gratitude doesn’t come naturally;

focusing on God’s goodness is a choice, even when life feels heavy.
