20 years ago Scott Peterson was convicted of killing his wife Laci and their unborn son. He has always proclaimed his innocence and now he has a powerful ally. The LA Innocence Project has taken up his case and is calling for a new trial. As Les Trent reports, today Peterson was back in court. And more than 19 million people tuned in for Sunday night's Oscars…the highest in four years. As Jim Moret reports, we're learning more about the drama that went on behind-the-scenes. Plus, a man was hiking in Hawaii when he came upon an emaciated dog, stuck near a 1,000 foot peak. The dog was too weak to make it down on its own...so the hiker carried her.
