He has always had a particular interest in local varieties and wine styles, alongside the famous wines of a region. David works as Senior Researcher for WSET on the five textbooks for the Level 4 Diploma in Wines. He was one of the two principal authors of the five digital textbooks for the Level 4 Diploma in Wines. Since 2019 he has been responsible for improving and updating these textbooks.
