Chapter 10:• Excerpt about Mira being targeted due to being Lilith's daughter. • Badass violet, slices his tendons, love the descriptions of her pain and being dazed, she's says no one can be involved because she is a 2nd year and must be the one to do it, stabs where xaden taught her. • 2nd person she has taken down• Poor dain is clueless why she is mad at him for this. • Sloane should be scared now after she tried challenging Violet.• Had to go to classes with blood on her.• Xaden in her room, it's been 8 days, she asks about him and he compliments her. • "Wanting you to ask what you want to know, is not a game. You and me? Not a game" -Xaden• Xaden warded her room from sound and others entering, he's thirsty watching her brush her hair lol. • They talk about sloane, first years, and decentivizing them to death. • Needs her to pay attention when her and Tarin leave in 7 days, gives her a letter.• She feels jealous thinking he could be with someone else in his room.

Chapter 11:• Excerpt: thank God he wrote this letter, it's sharing info about garrick and bohdi is the closest thing to a brother. Shared his childhood. • Imogen shuts her down by saying she was finishing a conversation, not starting one.• Jesinia secretly found violet, The gift of the first six, jesinia knows Vi is lying, Jesinia asks her for help to translate a 25yr old book, about an ancient King • Rider killed for requesting a banned book.• Letter from Mira, Vi tells Rhi that her and xaden aren't together bc he want honest with her, Rhi and terra not really together either. • Mira's letter is redacted!!• Kaori spotted Andarna.• Varrish shows up on the field, secret signet, "Remind him I will digest him alive", threatens to punish Violet if Andarna doesn't come to training.• Notes that her dad was writing about feather tails.• Tarin threatens to eat kaori of he doesnt change the expectation of her tuck and roll thing.• Bohdi slips up saying he's never seen xaden care so much, not even for Cat.• Varrish searches violet bags before seeing Xaden, tarin was carrying (where?)• First six are not the first riders, just the first to survive.

Chapter 12:• Xaden to Vi letter: said sgaeyl watched him kill a rider for bullying garrick. Sgaeyl says she chose him for his ruthless, but thinks it's actually bc he is like his gpa.• She can't find Xaden, and uses her sonar to find him fighting sexily, he's fighting to get to have leave time• reminisces how much she missed him and wants him.• He's hearing everything she is thinking about him 😬😆 well he says he can read her and just needs to hear her say what she wants, she's fighting her feelings. • She calls his kiss home ❤️• Roles reversed now she just want sex and nothing more but he wants more. She still wants whole truths. • Go back to his room, discuss wards and how they need to be imbued with power.

Chapter 13:• Carr and Varrish punish Violet by bringing her near burn out for andarna• 32 per hour or something like that up to 40• "Silver one is done"• Carr tells varrish, he asks for another, she listens..... but whhhyyyy. • She can't stop the power from flowing, she's stuck. • Carr trying to convince her to convince andarna to show up. 😡• Tarin cools her down in water, everyone takes care of her.• Sparring class, sloane is terrible and going to be against someone she can't beat. • As they leave sparing, a bag is thrown over violets head and she is knocked out.
