#9 | Machines Vs Humans: Who Cares?

What could the Imitation Game mean for patient care in modern medicine?

Alan Turing asked 'Can machines think?' in 1950. He predicted that by 2000 we would have a convincing answer to this question, but we still don't.

In this week’s discussion we dive deep in some blue sky thinking, exploring questions including: What is a machine? What distinguishes this from a human? And is the Turing Test an appropriate test to understand the role of AI within Medicine?
(There is also a little announcement at the end regarding our exciting future project!)
