431: Are You Breathing Wrong?

You're probably breathing wrong and it's impacting your energy, focus and even your mood. It might not be something you think about often, but poor breathing habits can lead to stress, fatigue and tension. The good news?   • Taking four deep breaths in and out through your nose has the power to shift you from the sympathetic nervous system into the parasympathetic nervous system.
  • The most amazing tool and the most underused tool to better balanced health is our breath.
  • Take a breath, meditate, do a pranayama, or do whatever breathing exercise you like.
