She's the woman being called an evil stepmother - accused of locking up her stepson in a crawl space for 20 years. Today she was swarmed by news crews as she arrived to court. But what came as a huge surprise was this - the biological mother of the man who was allegedly held captive showing up, speaking on camera for the first time, saying she loves the son she gave up for adoption as a baby. The stepmother is expected to plead not guilty. Her lawyer claims her stepson could have left the house any time he wanted. And more hearings in Washington today about what even President Trump admits is the first mistake of his administration - his top national security advisors planning out the strike in Yemen on a group chat, that also included a journalist. More of the texts were released today and they are filled with emojis, leading some to say it sounds more like teenagers texting than government officials. Plus, a couple is being held in a maximum-security prison in Mexico - but they're not drug lords- they're a couple from Michigan who went on a family vacation and ended up under arrest all because of a dispute over a time share. Their daughter says they are innocent and have wrongly been held hostage for more than three weeks. And now a mystery in Hawaii - did a respected doctor try to murder his wife in one of the most scenic tourist spots in the aloha state? Authorities say the anesthesiologist tried to push her off a hiking trail and even hit her in the head with a rock... then left her for dead. What makes it more shocking is the fact it was her birthday.
