Allison Havemann-Niedrach faces new charges involving a student she's accused of having sex with in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Havemann-Niedrach now faces seven felony charges including ones involving creating child pornography by recording the sexual encounters. She has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
