This week's show features top Gold Coast runner Riine Ringi. Originally from Estonia, Riine started to run to get fit and healthy a few years ago and now is one of the top female athletes in QLD.

In local news we have results from the Toowoomba Marathon and also the Brisbane Road Running Half Marathon Champs.
