Mental Health Challenge: Gratitude + Meditation

Gratitude and meditation is a great practice of mindfulness.

I practice gratitude daily in a journal writing 5 things I am grateful for. Meditation is a bit harder for me so I also talk about a type of meditation called the body scan.
