Didactic Mind, Ep 88: The Church Militant

This week's podcast is undoubtedly going to be a tad... controversial, because I go over a very wide range of subjects, ranging from Catholic doctrine and how some of it doesn't make sense, to recent events, to eschatology and the End Times, and finally the corrupted nature of the Word-Faith and NAR movements. I start by talking about the Catholic doctrines of Purgatory and the immaculate conception of the Virgin Mary, wherein she is presumed to be sinless herself. I then talk about what it means to be part of the Church Militant, and why it is such a difficult burden. Moving on to the Great Enemy's strategy, I talk about what Jesus's resurrection meant in terms of significance to Satan, and reference Dr. Michael Heiser's videos unpacking Satan's temptations of Christ. After looking at the strategies involved on both sides, I provide some tips and hints on how to endure the Long War, and how to take heart and hope from the little victories that we win - such as with the NOT GUILTY verdict rendered upon The Hero Kyle Rittenhouse.
