Donna Adelson is supposed to go on trial in August for the murder of her ex -son-in-law Dan Markel in a murder-for-hire plot.

Dan Markel, who was going through a custody battle with his ex wife, Wendi Adelson, was shot and killed nearly 11 years ago.
