Many of us have learned to live with this mis-alignment...often told that it's the norm or part of an expected script. But what if you used this alert to go deeper within yourself? To explore the mis-match of energies? And to allow that exploration to unravel what's there so you can become ALIGNED? Today's meditation will guide you through this process...because when we are aligned, we are living our lives AUTHENTICALLY...our inside world matches our outside world and life is full, rich and OURS.
