Ep. 842: How a Retreat of Silence Became the Start of an Adventure - Tori Jarosh

Ep. 842: How a Retreat of Silence Became the Start of an Adventure - Tori Jarosh

Mountain town lady, Victoria Jarosh, better known as Tori, found herself at a Buddhist monastery in 2021. Tori is a busy-body and adventurer, so the art of doing nothing at the temple came difficult.

This is when she realized that if she succeeds in doing NOTHING during her 5 days there, it is still an accomplishment because it was accompanied with challenge. Tori believes that celebrating successes we encounter in everyday life is important. This could range from running 240 miles to fixing your bike on your own. So, she started the narrative style podcast series called No Handlebars: Stories of Everyday Success for a Better Life.
