The Be "POTS"itive podcast!

Welcome to the Be"POTS"itive podcast. I'm your host Sarah Reid, and here we'll be talking all things chronic illness: the good, the bad, and the ugly. I want this to be a safe place to learn, laugh and connect; fun and light-hearted, but also a place where we can talk about hard topics and have deep conversations.

I'm 20 years old, but I've been dealing with health issues all of my life, so I know how difficult and frustrating it can be to constantly have to fight a body that doesn't always work right. But I'm here to support you and help you navigate the ups and downs of chronic illness. I hope this podcast will help teens and young adults - and even older people, if they're listening, too!

I'd love to grow a fun community where we can connect in a unique and special way.
Each week we will be discussing hard topics like grief, medical gaslighting, navigating life with a chronic illness, learning to find joy in the trials, and so much more.

So grab your heating blanket and get comfy!

(Psst - and reach out to me on Instagram if you'd like - that's where I hang out mostly...)
