She is the daughter of Congolese immigrants. Lukogho was raised in Southern California, graduated from San Jose State University in the Silicon Valley with her undergrad degree, and holds an MBA from Howard University. She was born in The Democratic Republic of Congo, and has had the privilege of living in The USA, DRC, Kenya, and Ghana.
