Have you ever thought of providing your children with a better sense of harmony and well-being? How does one develop in children more balance between the body, mind and spirit? Taty explains what brought her to this work and how through playful workshops children can develop mindfulness.

Who is Taty Samperio?

Taty Samperio is an ontological coach with degrees in Psychology.and in Education. She is a wife and mother of two.

She has 19 years of professional experience in human and organisational development. She worked as a human resources specialist for companies such as the American Management Association and Aeroméxico y el Centro de Capacitación Alas de América.

She worked as an educator in the Institute Anglo, El Centro Educativo Piccolinii, la Academia Maddox y la Universidad Anahuac.

She is the founder and general manager of "AVANTE whose mission is to develop talents. She offers coaching and consulting.

She is a co-founder of " Me & Myself ", an organisation that creates workshops to help children develop their inner world of emotions, thoughts, goals, mindset, capacity and behaviours. These playful workshops help children balance their body, mind and spirit to reach more harmony and well-being.
