EEC 216: Power to Say No and Get More Done!

EEC 216: Power to Say No and Get More Done!

Dr. Katrina Burrus, MCC interviews Emily Ransome about establishing priorities so that you can achieve your goals for your business and your team.

  • How do we get more done?
  • How do we know what to say no to?
  • How can I run a better business, instead of feeling like the business is controlling me?
  • How do I get more accountability and self-discipline from my team?
  • How do I leverage Social Styles to get more out of communication with others?
Emaily Ransone

Emily Ransone loves to say she is enjoying a very multi-faceted career these days. As a business owner, EOS® Implementer (business coach), Peer Group Facilitator with Twelve Mavens, published author, sought-after speaker and workshop facilitator, and active community volunteer, Emily has developed a passion for helping clients, friends and colleagues get more of what they want from life.

As an entrepreneur and business owner, Emily and her two partners have been experimenting with new business models for the furniture industry since 2014. While running their 35-year office furniture dealership, they developed their first start-up Swivelfly, a service that provides modern furniture to companies on a monthly subscription basis.

Early in her ownership journey, Emily realized that their team needed a vision and plan to bring high-impact results. She found the perfect set of simple, effective tools and principles in the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS) back in 2015. With these tools and practices, she and her leadership team aligned around their vision, executing to that common vision with discipline and accountability.
