E114 Distractions

Anything that distracts you from your ultimate goal is a bad use of your time. It's not always Instagram, Facebook, television, etc. Sometimes it's disguised as an opportunity. If you focus on what the ultimate goal is, rather than the distractions of what could be or what could have been. Don't focus on trying to hit a home run, focus on the task at hand and how to accomplish that.
