I witnessed a fighting couple & here’s what you can learn from it - Case Study

Recorded on Feb 22 ‘23 I witnessed an anxious-avoidant couple where the anxious partner’s codependent beliefs and wounds triggered the avoidant’s core wounds. In this episode, I take you through the negative cycle that anxious-avoidant couples tend to fall into and the underlying factors causing the friction and what can be done about it. Conflict is a normal part of every healthy relationship dynamic, but it is healthy communication and conflict resolution skills that determine the depth of connection in a relationship - something we are hardly ever taught or modeled growing up. I take my coaching clients to the root of their triggers and their partner’s triggers and teach them conflict resolutions skills to help them resolve conflict and restore connection in a deep way. Hi, I’m Nirosha 🙂. I am a Certified Life Coach (IAT coach trained by Thais Gibson) who helps people successfully deal with anxiety, pain, grief, loss, burnout & relationship challenges. I’m currently offering a FREE 1:1 one hour coaching session (limited spots) where we do an attachment style assessment to figure out what wounds are keeping you stuck in loops of anxiety and come up with a roadmap to break free from the issues you’re experiencing right now. I’m also offering one FREE month of support group membership (limited spots) where we meet weekly over Zoom and I answer your questions and teach tools to heal your attachment style and master your life.
