How to Focus on the Right Customers for a Strategic Advantage | Peter Fader

Peter challenges the idea that every customer is the right customer. He says instead that we need to change how we treat customers depending on how long they will continue to be a customer, how many purchases they will make, and how much a business will earn from those transactions.
